Antequera mountains hikes
The Torcal de Antequera is one of the most iconic Natural Parks in southern Europe, and the good news is that there’s a hike for everyone. Whether you want to hike down to the bottom of the park, or whether a short flat hike along the rim away from the crowds is your thing, there’s a hike for you. This is our first one of the best places to hike in Málaga.

Ronda mountains hike
The Genal valley is renowned for its many hiking areas surrounded by chestnut trees and it is our second of the best places to hike in Málaga. Some hikes, with gentle steady uphills, offer lots of beauty for all levels of hiker.
For beginners, they let you dip your toe into the high peaks of Ronda mountains forests without anything too hairy.
And for the experienced hiker, the sweeping panoramic views give you a unique perspective of all the big-name peaks. Overall Ronda mountains are a great hike area that we recommend for everyone to enjoy.
For instance, if you want to trek one of the province most popular trails, which feature 14 kilometres (8,7 miles) of maintained trails, this is your place. The trails here are categorized as easy or moderate and they take between 5 and 6 hours.
Sierra de las Nieves National Park walks
